Getting Started as a Customer

You can browse profiles before creating an account, but an account and valid payment method are required before you can use paid services.

1. Create Your Private Account

Customers must be at least 18 years old, or older where required by local law, and must have a valid debit or credit card in their own name.

During signup you will choose a screen name. Your screen name can be a nickname, playful name, first name, or another identity you would like to use on the platform. This is the name other users may see. Your private account information is not displayed to talkers.

The email address and password you create become your login credentials, so use information you can remember and access later. Accurate account information also makes it much easier to recover or maintain your account if you ever need assistance.

2. Sign In and Add a Payment Method

After submitting your signup information, your account is created and you will be redirected to your customer dashboard. In some cases the redirect may take up to approximately one minute while the system finishes creating the account.

Before using paid services, you must add a valid payment method to your account. Phone Her Now currently accepts major debit and credit cards.

An account without a valid payment method cannot use paid phone, web chat, or video services.

3. Choose Prepaid Balance or Pay Through the Call System

After adding a payment method, you may place money into a prepaid account balance in the amount you choose, or you may leave your prepaid balance empty and use the telephone billing option when you call.

Both methods use the payment information securely associated with your customer account. The difference is simply how you choose to fund your service.

4. Browse Talker Profiles

Inside your account, open the Operators menu and choose Search Operators. You can also visit the public Talker Profiles page.

Each profile can include photographs, a biography, ratings, reviews, pricing, extension number, current availability, and the services that talker chooses to offer.

Reading the biography before connecting is strongly recommended. Different talkers offer different fantasies, fetishes, roleplay styles, boundaries, and personalities.

5. Calling With a Prepaid Balance

If you have prepaid funds available, open the talker's profile and select the Call Now option.

The system will show a confirmation before beginning the call. After you confirm, Phone Her Now will call the telephone number associated with your account from our 888 number.

Answer that call and press 1 to accept. The system will then call the talker you selected. The talker must also answer and press 1 before the connection begins.

You are not billed merely because the system attempted the call. Paid time begins only after the talker accepts and the two of you are connected.

6. Per-Minute Calls, Minimums and Packages

Every talker sets her own pricing requirements. Some talkers charge entirely by the minute. Others may require an initial minimum or package such as 10 or 15 minutes.

If you knowingly begin a service that includes a required package or minimum, the entire initial package is chargeable even if you choose to end the conversation before using every included minute.

Once an initial package has been completed, additional time may be offered on a per-minute basis depending on that provider's pricing configuration.

7. Extending Your Call

When available prepaid funds or included package time runs out, the system may place the call on hold and ask whether you want to extend the conversation.

You can choose the number of additional minutes you want available. For example, if you authorize up to 10 more minutes but ultimately speak for only 3 additional billable minutes, the finalized per-minute charge reflects the time actually used.

Your card or account may temporarily display an authorization or hold based on the amount of time requested. The final transaction is adjusted when the call is completed. Required initial packages or minimums are treated differently and remain chargeable as agreed.

8. Calling Without a Prepaid Balance

Customers with a valid payment method may also call the Phone Her Now 888 number rather than maintaining prepaid funds.

The call must come from the telephone number currently listed on your customer account so the system can identify you through caller ID. If your telephone number changes, update your account before attempting to use this option.

You will need the extension of the talker you want to call. Follow the telephone prompts, enter the extension, and complete the requested cardholder verification.

Before connecting, the system will tell you the applicable pricing or package information. If you accept, the system will call the talker.

If the talker does not answer and accept the call, you are not charged for that unsuccessful connection attempt.

9. Web Chat, Video Chat and Free Messaging

Talkers may separately choose to offer web chat and video chat. Current service availability is displayed through the platform where available.

Video experiences vary by provider. Some talkers may appear on camera, while others may offer a voyeur-style experience where they watch without appearing on camera themselves. If video is important to you, asking through a phone call or web chat first is often the best way to confirm what that talker currently offers.

After completing a paid service with a provider, free messaging with that provider may become available through your account. Messaging is different from live web chat and does not guarantee that a particular talker will respond or respond within a certain amount of time.

Getting Started as an Independent Talker

Talkers use Phone Her Now as independent service providers. Once approved, you decide when you work, what you charge, which services you offer, and the types of adult conversations you are comfortable providing.

1. Create Your Talker Account

You must be at least 18 years old, or older where required by your jurisdiction. Talkers must complete identity and age verification before an account can be activated.

Enter accurate account information and create the email address, password, and talker name you want associated with your account. Information submitted for identity verification must correspond with the valid government-issued identification you provide.

After signup you can log in using the email address and password created during registration and complete the remaining account setup requirements.

2. Complete Identity Verification

Upload a clear photograph of a valid, non-expired driver's license or state-issued identification card as required by the signup system.

After the document has been uploaded successfully, the dashboard may continue displaying the verification step as incomplete until support staff reviews and approves the document. Do not repeatedly upload the same identification simply because review is still pending.

3. Add Between 1 and 6 Profile Images

Upload between one and six images for your public profile. Profile images may not contain nudity, see-through clothing that exposes nudity, minors, animals, prohibited material, or content that violates platform rules.

Nude or more explicit material may be offered through services that permit it, such as qualifying web chat or video experiences, but it is not permitted as public profile imagery.

You are responsible for having the right to use every image uploaded to your account. If requested, you may be required to provide proof of ownership, permission, licensing, or other authorization. Images that cannot be verified may need to be removed or replaced, and repeated or serious violations may affect account status.

4. Write a Strong Biography

Your biography is one of the most important parts of your profile. Use it to explain what you enjoy, what services you offer, the fantasies, fetishes, roleplay styles, or conversation types you are comfortable providing, and anything you do not wish to discuss.

Customers use biographies to decide whether a talker is a good match before spending money. A thoughtful biography gives customers a reason to choose you instead of another available provider.

Your profile is your opportunity to sell your services. Explain what makes your personality and experience different.

5. Account Review and Activation

Once the required identification, profile images, and biography have been submitted, your account can be reviewed by support staff.

We generally try to review completed accounts as quickly as possible and may be able to approve many accounts the same day, but no specific approval timeframe is guaranteed.

If something prevents approval, a message may be placed inside your account through the support/chat area explaining what needs to be corrected.

6. Account Eligibility and Blacklist Notices

In some cases the signup system may indicate that an account, telephone number, email address, or other identifying information is not eligible for registration.

This may occur because of a prior account restriction, information shared with a related billing or service infrastructure, duplicate or inaccurate information, or another account-security issue.

If you believe a restriction was applied in error, contact support for review. Prior termination or restriction does not guarantee eligibility for a new account, and attempting to circumvent a valid restriction may result in additional account action.

7. Once Your Talker Account Is Active

After activation you control when you want to offer services. You can turn your availability on or off through your account, choose the services you wish to provide, and set your own pricing where the platform allows.

Talkers are independent contractors rather than employees of Phone Her Now. You decide when you wish to work, what services you offer, what topics you accept, your boundaries, your rates, and any pricing requirements or specials you choose to make available.

Customers make their own decisions about which providers to contact. Your profile quality, availability, reviews, service offerings, pricing, photographs, and biography can all influence how customers respond to your listing.

8. Keep Real-World Information Private

Phone Her Now is a private adult fantasy marketplace, not a dating service. Customers and talkers should communicate through the platform rather than exchanging personal contact information or arranging outside contact.

Do not exchange personal phone numbers, email addresses, home addresses, social media accounts, outside websites, payment information, legal surnames, or other identifying information with customers.

The same rule protects talkers from customers requesting private contact or trying to move communication away from the platform.
