MODEL ROLE & PAY AGREEMENT

This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for individuals applying to be independent contractors with PhoneHerNow.com. By creating an account and working with us, you agree to the following terms:

1. Independent Contractor Status

• You must be 18 years of age or older to apply.
• You are an independent contractor and not an employee. We do not control what you are willing to talk about or when you work. You're schedule and the content of your calls are entirely up to you.

• You will be paid $0.50 per minute for all connected phone calls with a customer (not idle time).
• You will be paid $0.25 per minute for all connected web chats with a customer (not idle time).
• You will receive 40% of all tips up to you.
• We are your host and payment provider, not your employer.

2. Payment Structure from customers.

• Chargebacks from customers will be deducted from your account on pay date. Customers who issue chargebacks will be blocked from contacting you again.
• There is potential for bonuses and pay raises after 180 days, assessed on a case-by-case basis by request.

3. Prohibited Actions

• You are not allowed to share personal information, including but not limited to:
  • First and last names
  • Social media accounts
  • Email addresses
  • Phone numbers
  • Any other contact information
• You are not allowed to accept payments outside of our system.
• You are not allowed to engage with customers on external websites such as FetLife, OnlyFans, Facebook, or any other platform.
• Violating these rules will result in immediate account termination with no second chances.

4. Monitoring & Compliance

• While we do not actively monitor all interactions, we reserve the right to review any call or chat session if we believe a violation has occurred.
• Any violation of these terms will result in the immediate termination of your account without notice.

5. No Taboo Policy

• We allow discussions on any topic without limits. However, you are not required to engage in anything you are uncomfortable with.
• If there are topics you do not engage in, you must list them on your profile.
• If you hang up on a customer due to an unlisted topic, your account may be at risk.

6. Work Availability & Income Expectations

• The more you are logged in and available, the more money you will make.
• Logging in for only short periods (e.g., 15 minutes at a time) will not generate significant income. Customers need to see you available consistently.
• We do not guarantee a specific number of calls or revenue—your earnings depend on your availability and engagement.

7. Account Termination

• We reserve the right to terminate your account at any time, for any reason, or no reason at all.
• If terminated, you will be notified via email.
• Any violations of personal information policies or contact outside our platform will be considered fraud and result in immediate account termination.

8. Chargebacks & Fraud Protection

• If a customer initiates a chargeback, the amount will be deducted from your earnings on the next pay date.
• Chargebacks will still appear in your account until the deduction is made.
• We actively pursue customers who commit chargeback fraud but cannot guarantee reimbursement.
• Customers who file chargebacks will be permanently blocked from contacting you again.

By creating an account and accepting this agreement, you are legally bound to these terms. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your account.
