Independent Contractor Agreement

This agreement outlines how we work, how you get paid, and what's expected of you. By continuing with sign-up and clicking “I agree,” you're entering into a legally binding agreement and confirming that you've read and accepted these terms.

Welcome to PhoneHerNow. By joining this platform, you agree to everything below. These rules protect your privacy, your income, and the experience of our customers. You are not an employee—you are an independent contractor responsible for your own performance, conduct, and success.

1. Pay Structure

  • You will be paid $0.50 per minute for connected phone calls, $0.25 per minute for connected web chats, and 40% of all customer tips.
  • Pay increases are offered on a case-by-case basis. Factors include missed call volume, hours worked, use of messaging tools, self-promotion, and call quality.
  • Increases are not based on how long you've been on the platform or self-assessed performance. You may not request a raise—we will contact you if you qualify.

2. Platform Activity

  • We do not require a minimum number of hours, but regular activity is expected.
  • Logging in once a month or treating this casually may result in removal. We do not host inactive profiles.
  • This is a performance-based platform. Models who show up consistently tend to earn the most.

3. Call and Chat Standards

  • All calls must be taken in a quiet, private space. No background noise, pets, children, or TV.
  • Customers expect immersive, fetish-friendly calls. You are expected to stay in character and maintain control of the fantasy.
  • This is not passive work—successful models lead, perform, and engage actively on every call.

4. Profile Requirements

Main Photo

  • Your first uploaded photo must not include below-the-waist nudity.
  • Profiles that violate this will be denied until corrected.

Biography

  • We encourage you to write a full, creative biography. 300–500 words is ideal.
  • You are not required to write a long bio, but generic phrases like “I'm horny, call me” do not attract traffic.
  • The more effort you put into your profile, the more calls you are likely to receive.

5. Conduct and Safety

  • Do not share your name, email, phone number, or any personal information with customers.
  • Never ask customers for their personal information or direct them to other sites or apps.
  • Violating these rules will result in immediate removal from the platform and may be treated as fraud.

6. Account Use

  • Your account is for your use only. It may not be shared under any circumstances.
  • If we suspect someone else is using your account, it will be investigated and may be removed.

7. Promotion and Traffic

  • We provide traffic, but models who promote themselves typically get more calls.
  • Use your dashboard link to promote your profile on social platforms, forums, or other legal channels.
  • Self-promotion may also increase your visibility within our system.

8. Payment Policy

  • Checks are mailed on the last day of each month, or the next business day if it falls on a weekend or holiday.
  • You must earn at least $100 in a given month to receive a check.
  • We do not offer PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, CashApp, or direct deposit at this time.
  • If you cannot cash a check, this platform may not be a good fit for you.
  • Please keep your mailing address current. If a check is returned, it will be held until the next payout cycle.

9. Support and Communication

  • We do not offer phone support. All communication must go through the support ticket system in your account.
  • Before reaching out to support, please check your dashboard—most common questions are already answered there.
  • If you contact support about something already visible in your account, we will guide you back to that information.

10. Termination

If you violate this agreement or fail to meet platform expectations, your account may be removed at any time. Common reasons for termination include:

  • Missed calls or low-quality performance
  • Sharing personal information
  • Fraud, chargebacks, or suspicious behavior
  • Inactivity or failure to log in for extended periods
  • Rude or unprofessional behavior toward staff
  • Repeated customer complaints

11. Legal Acknowledgment

  • You must submit a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID to be active on the platform.
  • If your ID expires and is not updated before expiration, your account will be suspended until a valid ID is submitted.
  • You are solely responsible for your own taxes, earnings, and legal compliance as an independent contractor.
  • This agreement may be updated at any time with or without notice. The latest version is always visible on your profile page.

12. Confidentiality

  • You may not share internal business practices, payout structures, platform strategy, or customer information with others.
  • Protecting the privacy and integrity of this network is a shared responsibility.

13. Indemnification

  • You agree that PhoneHerNow is not liable for any illegal conduct, misrepresentation, or violation of law committed by you while using the platform.
  • You are solely responsible for any consequences resulting from your own actions, communications, or decisions.

14. Age and Legal Use

  • By signing this agreement, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally allowed to perform adult work in your jurisdiction.
  • Knowingly submitting false documentation or misrepresenting your age is grounds for immediate removal.

15. Fraud and Criminal Activity

  • Any fraudulent activity, scamming of customers, or illegal behavior will be reported to law enforcement.
  • This is a private and safe network, and we take criminal behavior seriously. If you compromise that safety, you may be held responsible both criminally and civilly.
