We charge a $3 monthly account maintenance fee for accounts that have a positive balance but have not been used within the past 30 days. Active accounts are exempt from this fee.

Site Modifications

PhoneHerNow.com reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of the website, including pricing, content, features, or availability, at any time and for any reason. We are not obligated to provide notice or reasons for such changes.

Model-User Interaction

PhoneHerNow.com serves solely as a platform for members to interact with independent contractors (models). We do not employ models nor are we responsible for any services or entertainment they provide. All models on the platform are independent contractors, and any disputes or issues between members and models should be addressed directly with the model.

We do not monitor or evaluate the interactions between members and models, and we are not responsible for any activities, agreements, or exchanges that occur outside of the platform.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any illegal activities or requests while using our services, including but not limited to:

• Asking models to engage in activities involving minors, animals, or any illegal material.

• Exchanging personal identifiable information with models or other users.

• Engaging in any form of harassment, fraud, or illegal activity.

Any violation of these policies may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

Contact Information & Solicitation:

We consider contact information to be any details that would allow someone to reach you, such as, but not limited to, your phone number, email address, usernames for other services, or physical address. It is prohibited to share your personal contact information with other members, or to provide links to third-party services that may circumvent the site's payment system. If you do so, you assume full responsibility and risk, including the potential termination of your PhoneHerNow account.

Additionally, you may not use our platform or services to solicit in-person meetings with other members. While PhoneHerNow reserves the right to review interactions between members, we do not actively monitor these interactions or take responsibility for any actions that take place off-site. If you believe that any member is engaging in illegal activity or is threatening, defrauding, or endangering others, we encourage you to immediately contact law enforcement for assistance.

Limitation of Liability

The Site is for entertainment purposes only. If you have a dispute with another Member, or suffer any harm arising out of or connected with any services, you hereby waive all claims against and release PhoneHerNow (and its subsidiaries, employees, officers, directors, shareholders, suppliers, joint venturers, and agents) from any and all liability for claims, demands, damages (actual and consequential), costs and expenses (including litigation costs and attorney's fees) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with any services or with regard to such disputes. Residents of all states and nations waive their rights under analogous laws, statutes or regulations.

Gender Identification Disclaimer

There is a possibility that some members may not accurately represent their gender. While we strive to catch any discrepancies, we cannot always do so quickly. If you engage in a call with a member whose gender identity is different than expected, you will not be entitled to a refund if you choose to complete the call. We do not limit interactions to sex assigned at birth. While we encourage you to use your judgment and be aware of clues and cues during the call, we are not responsible for any misrepresentation, nor will we release any personal information about members.

Copyright Policy

If you believe your content has been used on PhoneHerNow.com without authorization, you must provide the following to file a formal copyright complaint:
