Terms of Service

PhoneHerNow.com is operated by PHN Interactive LLC. The site connects adult customers with independent adult performers for live phone sex and fantasy conversation. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and meet any higher age requirement where you live. Keep login details private, provide accurate information, and use only payment methods you are authorized to use. You are responsible for activity through your account until you notify us of unauthorized access.
Calls and availability
Performers choose their availability and styles. A listed performer may be offline, busy, or unable to accept a particular call. PhoneHerNow does not guarantee availability at a particular time. Calls are remote fantasy services; we do not arrange in-person meetings.
Rates, authorization, and charges
The phone rate shown on the selected performer's profile applies to a connected call. Before a call, the platform may place a temporary card authorization based on five minutes at that rate. This is a hold, not a five-minute purchase or minimum charge. A call must connect for at least 45 seconds before a time-based charge applies. After a billable call, the platform calculates the charge from connected time at the displayed rate; a shorter call is not charged for the full authorization. Your card issuer determines when unused hold funds become available. Prices for other paid features, if offered, are shown before use.
Existing balances
Existing purchased account balances remain subject to the terms under which they were acquired and applicable law. These terms do not erase or reduce those balances. Review your account transactions and contact us about an error.
Billing questions and refunds
Email support@phonehernow.com about a billing question or suspected error. We review call and transaction records and correct errors or provide refunds when required by law or stated purchase terms. A completed call is not automatically refundable because a conversation did not meet a personal preference. This does not limit rights under applicable law.
Rules for using the service
Do not use PhoneHerNow for unlawful activity, involve minors, impersonate another person, misuse payment information, threaten or exploit anyone, arrange offline services through the site, or copy or distribute another person's private call or content without permission. Adult fantasy topics including domination, humiliation, and cuckolding are permitted within the law and these terms. We may restrict accounts or content that violate these rules, subject to payment and refund rights under law.
Service changes
We may improve or change the site and may experience outages. We will not retroactively change the price of a completed call. To the extent permitted by law, service is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted access or a particular experience. Nothing here removes rights that cannot be waived by law.
Changes and contact
