Welcome to PhoneHerNow.com. These Terms of Service apply to both business owners (fetish providers, erotic storytellers, and adult entertainers who list their services) and customers (adults purchasing those services). By using this site, you agree to these terms.

1. Adult-Only Platform

All customers and all business owners must be 18 years of age or older to use this platform.
All services are consensual adult entertainment — including erotic storytelling, fetish play, and fantasy roleplay.
Nothing on this platform should be considered medical, financial, or legal advice, even if discussed in a fantasy setting.

2. Platform Role vs. Business Owner Role

PhoneHerNow operates the website, processes payments, and provides access to our customer base.

Independent business owners create and control their own listings. They choose their photos, write their biographies, set their style, and decide how to present themselves. They are not employees and not contractors; they operate their own business on our platform.

The company sets the rates customers pay for calls and chats, but the services are delivered entirely by the business owners.

3. No Vetting for Call Quality or Identity

PhoneHerNow does not “vet” business owners for the quality of their calls, their style, or their performance. This is an open marketplace — customers choose who to talk to, and their experiences may vary depending on the business owner's style and effort.

We also do not determine if the person in the profile photos is the same person you will speak to. That is entirely up to the business owner and how they wish to market themselves.

Business owners can choose to present themselves “as themselves” or play any character they like, as long as everything remains legal and within platform rules.

4. Communication & Comfort

Business owners set their own boundaries. If there are topics they will not discuss, they should clearly list those in their profile. If a customer is unsure, they should ease into conversation and check that the business owner is comfortable. Communication is key.
