Operator Commission Agreement

Effective September 24, 2026

This agreement describes how PHN Interactive LLC pays approved PhoneHerNow performers for phone calls and the rules for using the platform. Read it with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy before accepting calls.

Independent performance

Performers offer their own adult fantasy conversation style and decide when they are available. There are no required shifts, minimum call quotas, or promise of any number of customers. Performers may offer services elsewhere. PHN supplies the platform, call connection, customer billing, and payout administration. The parties intend an independent contractor relationship, subject to how applicable law classifies the actual relationship.

Phone call earnings

At launch, the default phone payout is $1.40 per eligible connected minute. Eligible time begins when the performer accepts a call through the platform and ends when it disconnects. Unanswered calls, time before acceptance, and minutes covered only by a temporary customer card authorization are not connected time. Ordinary platform processing costs are not deducted from this stated per-minute rate. Any different rate must be clearly communicated before it takes effect and will not reduce earnings already accrued. The platform currently sets a one-minute minimum pay per original answered call.

Adjustments

PHN may correct duplicate or inaccurate call records. A refund, reversal, or chargeback adjustment affecting earnings will be identified in the performer statement and made only as this agreement and applicable law allow. Earned pay will not be forfeited merely because a performer stops accepting new calls.

Tip earnings

When the profile tip button is enabled, the performer receives 60% of each eligible tip; the current tip processor share is 20%, and PHN receives 20%. Under the current merchant account, one customer may tip a performer up to $10 per day. Tip earnings follow the same monthly payout schedule, subject to refunds, chargebacks, corrections, and applicable law.

Monthly payout

Eligible earnings for a calendar month are paid on the last calendar day of the following month. For example, January earnings are paid on the last day of February. A payout provider may take additional time to deliver funds after PHN sends payment. Performers must complete required identity, tax, and supported payout details. If information is missing or a transaction is under documented review, PHN will explain the issue and handle payment as law requires.

Performance standards

Be an adult legally eligible to provide the service. Supply accurate profile, identity, tax, and payout information. Choose only categories and specialties you actually offer. Do not involve minors, use the platform for unlawful conduct, arrange in-person services, or make false promises about availability or pricing. Protect customer information. Do not publish customer details or record or distribute calls without permissions required by law. Use only images and media you have rights to post and follow platform and payment-provider rules.

Access and earned pay

PHN may remove content or suspend platform access for a material violation of these standards. Amounts already earned remain payable as this agreement and applicable law require.

Taxes, changes, and questions

Performers are responsible for their own tax obligations to the extent law treats them as independent contractors. PHN will provide required tax forms and handle withholding where law requires.
