MASTER TERMS OF SERVICE & USER AGREEMENT

Welcome to PhoneHerNow. This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you (“User”) and the platform. By accessing the service, you agree to these standards designed to maintain a secure, transparent, and professional entertainment environment.
1. BILLING STRUCTURE & LIVE EXTENSIONS
Base Rate: Calls currently include a 10-minute minimum charged upfront at the displayed rate.
Live Extensions: After the initial period, press “1” to add minutes. Extensions are billed only for minutes actually completed.
Extensions may trigger an authorization hold. Rates and minimums are subject to change and displayed prior to initiation.
2. PROHIBITED CONDUCT & TERMINATION
- In-Person Solicitations: Requests for physical meetings result in immediate, permanent termination.
- External Contact: Exchanging personal contact info to bypass the platform is strictly prohibited.
- Unauthorized Recording: Any reproduction or distribution of call content is forbidden.
- Illegal Content: Discussion of minors or non-consensual acts is forbidden. Role-play is for consenting adults only.
3. PERFORMER PARTICIPATION & PAYOUTS
Independence: Performers act as independent participants and not as employees or representatives of PhoneHerNow.
Payouts: Eligible earnings are paid via Direct Deposit on or about the 25th of each month for the prior month's activity.
4. PRIVACY & DATA SECURITY
Double-Blind Masking: Call-routing technology ensures real phone numbers are never disclosed between Users.
Data Retention: Records are retained for up to five (5) years to comply with federal age-verification (18 U.S.C. § 2257) and financial requirements.
