18 U.S.C. § 2257 COMPLIANCE STATEMENT

PhoneHerNow complies fully with all federal age-verification and record-keeping requirements for visual content displayed on the platform.

1. PRIMARY SERVICE: LIVE AUDIO ONLY (EXEMPTION)

PhoneHerNow provides live, real-time audio entertainment only. The platform does not host, store, or produce visual depictions of sexually explicit conduct.

• No audio or video is recorded at any time.
• No visual content is created during live calls.
• No pre-recorded content is utilized.
• Live audio is exempt per 18 U.S.C. § 2257(h)(4).

2. PROFILE IMAGES & VISUAL CONTENT

Contractors may upload profile photos or visual content voluntarily. For all such content, the following is required:

• All individuals depicted are 18 years of age or older.
• Contractors are responsible for maintaining original 2257 records.
• All visuals comply with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75.

3. RECORD-KEEPING RESPONSIBILITY

All 2257 age-verification records for visual content are maintained by the individual Contractor who produced or supplied that visual content. PhoneHerNow does not act as a producer of visual depictions.

4. RECORDS ACCESS & LAW ENFORCEMENT

Legitimate law enforcement agencies may request access to required records by submitting a formal written request to our compliance coordination channel.
