PhoneHerNow is not the primary nor secondary producer (as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2257/2257A) of any content found on this website.

PhoneHerNow requires all Members, Models, and users who access or use any part of this site to be at least eighteen (18) years old. Furthermore, any member or model who uploads or provides content through the platform must certify that all individuals depicted were 18 years of age or older at the time the content was created, and that they maintain all required records in compliance with 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257/2257A and applicable regulations.

Technology Service Role

PhoneHerNow acts solely as a technology platform that allows Members and Models to connect and communicate. In respect to content, PhoneHerNow's role is limited to transmission, storage, retrieval, hosting, and/or formatting of depictions posted or provided by third-party users. PhoneHerNow does not evaluate, create, or control Model content, nor make editorial or managerial decisions regarding such content, sexually explicit or otherwise.

Legal Responsibilities

By using PhoneHerNow, Members and Models agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including those relating to obscenity, indecency, communications, and record-keeping obligations.

Responsibility for Records

Models and content providers are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including maintaining the required 2257 records for their content. Requests for inspection of records should be directed to the individual content provider who uploaded or controls the material.
