At Phone Her Now, we want to ensure your experience is enjoyable and satisfying. However, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. Here's how our refund policy works:

1. Refunds Issued as Site Credit: Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis and are given as site credit through a coupon code. This credit can be used for future calls or chats.

2. How to Request a Refund: If you're unsatisfied with your experience, you can request a refund by emailing Ashley@PhoneHerNow.com. Please include a brief explanation of why you would like a refund.

3. Rating the Model: To process your refund request, you must rate the model. This helps us understand the situation and ensures fair treatment for both our members and models. If the issue was due to not getting along with the model, your refund request will not be accepted without a rating. Please use the rating system fairly and sensitively—it helps others know what to expect from our models.

4. Refund Eligibility: Refund requests are eligible only if the call is disconnected within the first 2 minutes. After this time, we assume the call is to your satisfaction. If the call is disconnected due to technical issues or errors (not because you hang up), you'll receive a coupon code for the remaining time.

5. No Excessive Refund Requests: We strive to make every call great, but excessive refund requests may be denied. This policy helps us maintain fairness and ensures everyone has a positive experience.
