Excellence is non-negotiable. Your partnership is determined by your Biographical Quality, Visual Branding, and Execution Speed.

The 24-Hour Rule: Incomplete profiles are deleted after 24 hours. Profiles with poor grammar, lack of professional tone, or low-res imagery will be terminated immediately.

01. Performance Revenue Structure

Access to the platform is optimized for active businesses. While you set your own schedule, your payout rate is determined by weekly performance:

Weekly Active Hours	Payout Rate
0 – 20 Hours	$0.40/min
20h 1m – 30 Hours	$0.50/min
30h 1m+ Hours	$0.75/min

Tier Cap Policy: To maintain quality of presence, a maximum of 8 hours per day may be applied toward the weekly tier calculation.

02. Independent Contractor Status

You operate an independent business entity. You are responsible for your own taxes, equipment, and insurance. PhoneHerNow does not provide an hourly wage, overtime, or employee benefits. Tips remain fixed at 40% net.
