PhoneHerNow Satisfaction Guarantee

At PhoneHerNow, your satisfaction is our priority. We want every call and purchase to be a great experience. But if something doesn't meet your expectations, we've got you covered. If you're not satisfied, we'll credit your Member account for the purchase—up to $25.

How to Request a Credit

  1. Rate the model with a one-star review to let us know the call or purchase did not meet your expectations.
  2. Submit a request to our Customer Support Team within 72 hours. Include the time, date, and amount of the purchase.
  3. You can also email us directly at support@phonehernow.com with the same details.

Our team will carefully review your request. While we reserve the right to issue a full or partial credit—or decline the request—we will always strive to be fair.

Important Details

  • One unsatisfactory purchase may be credited per month.
  • Credits are issued as PhoneHerNow Dollars, usable for future calls or services.
  • Satisfaction Guarantee credits cannot be refunded to a credit card.
  • Purchases made with Satisfaction Guarantee credits are not eligible for another Satisfaction Guarantee.
