By accessing or using this website, you agree to this Content Removal Policy, which forms part of the PhoneHerNow User Agreement. Terms used here have the same meaning as in our Terms of Service.
Our Right to Remove Content
PHN Interactive LLC (“PhoneHerNow,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) may remove, disable, or restrict any content at our sole discretion if we believe it may violate law, our Terms of Service, platform rules, or user safety. We comply with applicable laws requiring prompt and proportionate removal of illegal content once we become aware of it. We are not liable for any loss or harm you claim arises from actions we take in accordance with our Terms of Service and this policy. Purchases of content later deemed unlawful are not refundable.
Content Moderation & Review
We use a combination of human review and third-party moderation tools to evaluate content uploaded to the site (including text, audio, images, and video). Content may be reviewed before publication and monitored thereafter to help ensure compliance with our rules and applicable laws. Content that is harmful, unlawful, exploitative, harassing, non-consensual, or otherwise objectionable may be rejected or removed immediately.
Report Violations
If you believe a member or model is violating our Terms of Service or platform rules, please report it to: support@phonehernow.com. Include relevant details such as the profile name, date/time observed, and any URLs or identifiers so we can investigate efficiently.
Copyright / DMCA Notices
To report alleged copyright infringement, submit a DMCA notice consistent with 17 U.S.C. §512. Your notice should include: (1) your signature; (2) identification of the copyrighted work; (3) identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location; (4) your contact information; (5) a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized; and (6) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act. Send DMCA notices to: support@phonehernow.com. If your material was removed and you believe this was a mistake, you may submit a counter-notice with the elements required by law to the same address.
Non-Consensual Use of Name, Image, or Likeness
We strictly prohibit non-consensual or exploitative content (including unauthorized images, recordings, deepfakes, doxing, blackmail, or “revenge porn”). If you are depicted in content on our platform without your consent—or you previously consented and have revoked consent—email support@phonehernow.com with: (1) a description and links/locations of the material; (2) proof you are the person depicted; and (3) a statement that the use is not authorized. We will prioritize review and take appropriate action.
Requests by Models / Content Owners
Models and authorized content owners may request removal of content they uploaded by emailing support@phonehernow.com. We may retain copies to satisfy legal, safety, or compliance obligations (including age-verification recordkeeping). Content purchased by members prior to a removal request may remain accessible to those purchasers as permitted by law and our Terms.
Information We Need to Process a Removal Request
- Profile or display name and any relevant URLs or identifiers
- Clear description of the content to be removed
- Date and approximate time you observed the issue
- Basis for removal (e.g., illegal, non-consensual, copyright, policy violation)
- Your relationship to the content (reporter, depicted person, rights holder, model, authorized agent)
If key details are missing, we may be unable to investigate or act.
Response Time
We review content removal requests as promptly as practicable and aim to respond within seven (7) business days. Timelines may vary based on volume, complexity, and legal requirements.
