7. Model Disclaimer

You agree and acknowledge that none of the models providing services are employees of our company. We work purely as a payment processing platform to allow individuals to connect. We have no control over what the models are willing to talk about, and it is completely up to each individual provider. We make no claim that the person you are talking to is the same person depicted in the photograph on their profile, as individuals may choose to play a persona.

8. Privacy and Confidentiality

It is highly advised not to give any personal information such as phone numbers, email addresses, social media handles, or any other information that could be used inappropriately. We respect your privacy, and all conversations and communications are private and confidential but all calls are recorded and can be viewed if we choose, except as required by law. You agree not to record or distribute any part of the services without explicit permission.

9. Investigation and Illegal Activities

Although we do not monitor models all calls are recorded and can be viewed if needed, we reserve the right to investigate your account if you are caught engaging in illegal activities such as chargeback fraud, uploading pictures of minors, or directing interactions to other websites or violate any laws of the state of Illinois, the state the model is in, or the state you reside in. We reserve the right to involve law enforcement for any violations.

10. Age Requirement and Minor Policy

You must be 18 years or older to use this website. We do not advertise our services to minors, nor do we allow known minors to use our service. If at any time it is determined that you are under the age of 18 while using our service, it will be considered a violation of our policies, and we reserve the right to involve law enforcement.

11. Abuse and Harassment

We do not tolerate any abuse or harassment of any contracted model, website member, staff member, manager, or owner. Any such behavior will result in immediate termination of your account.

12. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to close your account at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. You may also terminate your account by contacting us directly.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the service provider, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of your use of the service.

14. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from using our services. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the past 30 days.

15. External Contact and Payments

All models have been verified to be at least 18 years or older, and you are engaging in adult phone calls with them. If at any time a model contacts you outside of our service, it is your responsibility to report this within 24 hours. It is highly advised not to submit payments or pay models outside of our platform, as we have no control nor take responsibility for any interactions off the website. If you choose to interact with the model off the website, that is your sole responsibility for dealing with any consequences that may arise, including blackmail, extortion, or fraud. We highly suggest you keep all interactions within the platform to maintain anonymity, as the models will never have access to your name, phone number, email address, or financial details unless you give it to them.

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
