Base Call: $1.25 per minute for all new callers.

Regular Rate $1.50 per minute for repeat callers.

Minimum Call: 10 minutes

To get started, you'll pay for a minimum of 10 minutes, which is $12.50. After that, you're in control! If you want to extend your call, you can do so in 10-minute increments for just $15 each.

Here's the best part: When extending your call, you're only charged for the time you actually use—down to the second. For example, if you extend for 10 minutes but only use 2 minutes, you'll only pay for those 2 minutes. You'll never be charged for more time than you actually spend talking.

So whether you want to keep the conversation going or wrap it up quickly, you're only ever charged for the exact time you use. You'll never pay for more than what you want!

Web Chat Pricing

Base Chat: $0.69 per minute new users

Regular Rate: $0.80 per minute

Minimum Chat: 10 minutes

Just like with our calls, your Web chat starts with a 10-minute minimum, which is only $6.90. Once that's done, you can extend your chat in 10-minute increments for just $8 each.

And just like with calls, you're only ever charged for the time you actually use during the extension—down to the second. So, if you extend and use only 3 minutes, you'll only pay for those 3 minutes. You'll never pay for more time than you actually spend chatting!
