Contact & Support
Phone Her Now support is available to both customers and independent talkers for legitimate account, payment, technical, safety, fraud, privacy, and marketplace concerns.
The fastest way to receive assistance depends on whether you can currently access your account.
Support Ticket
If you can log into your Phone Her Now account, submit a support ticket from inside your account. Account tickets generally receive attention faster than outside email because they are already connected to a verified account.
Email Support
Email is available for customers and talkers who are locked out, disabled, unable to access their account, or otherwise cannot use the internal support system.
support@phonehernow.comEmail Is Reviewed on Mondays
Because internal support tickets are our primary support channel, outside email is generally reviewed once each week.
An email received after the weekly review period may remain in the queue until the following review period. If you can access your account, using an internal support ticket will usually be faster.
Locked Out, Disabled or Unable to Sign In?
If you have been locked out of your account, your account has been disabled, or you have no way to access the internal support system, email support@phonehernow.com .
Support can review the account and provide any available next steps or recovery instructions. Contacting support does not guarantee that a suspended, terminated, restricted, or otherwise ineligible account can be restored.
Most Requests Are Handled in the Order Received
First Come, First Served
Normal support tickets are generally reviewed in the order they are received. Response times can vary depending on ticket volume, complexity, account research, technical investigation, and the nature of the request.
Some Issues May Be Prioritized
Phone Her Now may move certain matters ahead of the normal queue when appropriate. This may include suspected fraud, payment-security issues, illegal activity, threats, blackmail, serious privacy concerns, major technical failures, or other situations requiring prompt investigation.
Priority handling does not necessarily mean an immediate written response. Some reports require investigation before support can determine whether any response or action is appropriate.
Not Every Report Requires a Written Response
We strive to review legitimate support requests, but submission of an email or support ticket does not guarantee that Phone Her Now will send a written response.
For example, a customer may report conduct involving a provider. Support may review account records, investigate the matter, determine whether action is appropriate, and close the report without providing the customer with details about the investigation.
The same applies when a talker reports a customer. A report may be investigated without the talker receiving information about the customer's account, history, warnings, restrictions, or other actions.
No response does not necessarily mean no review took place.
We Do Not Share Another User's Private Account Details
Customers Are Not Given Private Talker Information
If a customer reports a talker, Phone Her Now does not generally provide the customer with private account information, internal investigation details, disciplinary records, payment information, or a detailed explanation of action taken against the provider.
Talkers Are Not Given Private Customer Information
If a talker reports a customer, Phone Her Now does not generally provide the talker with private customer details, payment information, internal account records, investigation notes, or disciplinary information.
These practices are part of protecting privacy on both sides of the marketplace. Additional information is available in our Privacy Policy .

Many Questions Already Have Step-by-Step Instructions
Support generally does not provide individual walkthroughs for routine account setup, basic account navigation, creating a customer account, creating a talker account, adding payment information, uploading profile material, or other steps already explained in our help pages.
Reviewing the instructions first will usually answer these questions faster than waiting for support.
Read How Phone Her Now WorksQuestions We Generally Do Not Answer
Traffic and Earnings Predictions
Support does not provide estimates of how many customers you will receive, how busy a particular hour will be, how much money you can expect to make, or whether your personal call volume is considered good.
Pricing and Business Decisions
Talkers are independent contractors. Support does not choose your rate, package structure, schedule, services, profile strategy, marketing plan, or other routine business decisions for you.
General Review Complaints
Talkers who believe a review violates marketplace review standards should use the review-dispute option available through their account when available. A negative opinion is not automatically grounds for removal simply because the provider disagrees with it.
Questions About Another User's Account
Support does not provide another user's account status, disciplinary history, financial information, investigation records, or private personal information simply because you have reported or interacted with that person.
Please Do Not Submit Duplicate Tickets
Sending multiple tickets about the same issue does not move the request ahead in the queue. Rewording the same issue and submitting it again is still considered a duplicate request.
Duplicate submissions made before the normal seven-day follow-up period may be closed or deleted so the support queue remains manageable and requests can be handled fairly.
Exceptions may be made when new information involves fraud, illegal activity, an urgent financial issue, a serious safety concern, or another matter that reasonably requires immediate review.
Haven't Heard Back After Seven Days?
We work to handle legitimate inquiries, but occasionally something may be missed, delayed, or require more time than expected.
If at least seven days have passed and your issue still requires assistance, you may submit one follow-up request referencing the original issue.
Fraud, Safety, Illegal Activity and Legal Requests
Fraud or Illegal Activity
Reports involving suspected fraud, blackmail, extortion, threats, illegal activity, serious privacy violations, or payment abuse should include as much relevant information and evidence as reasonably possible. These matters may receive priority review.
Law Enforcement and Verified Legal Requests
Verified law-enforcement agencies, attorneys, courts, government entities, or other authorized legal representatives may contact support@phonehernow.com using an official or otherwise verifiable professional email address.
Verified legal requests will be reviewed and responded to as appropriate after verification. Same-day response is not guaranteed.
Media or News Inquiries
Verified media organizations may also contact support@phonehernow.com . Media inquiries may require verification and do not carry a guaranteed same-day response time.
