Customer Frequently Asked Questions
Have questions before making your first call, starting a web chat, requesting video, or creating an account? These answers explain how the Phone Her Now marketplace works and what customers can expect when connecting with independent adult talkers.
Using Phone Her Now
Can I browse talkers before creating an account?
Yes. You are welcome to browse talker profiles before signing up. Profiles may include photographs, biographies, ratings, reviews, current availability, service offerings, pricing, and extension numbers. You will need a customer account and valid payment method before using paid services.
How do I know which talker is right for me?
Read the biography, ratings, reviews, interests, services, and current availability on each profile. Different talkers offer different personalities, fantasies, fetishes, roleplay styles, conversation types, boundaries, and pricing. The best match is not necessarily the highest-priced provider; it is the person whose profile sounds most compatible with what you want.
What services can I use?
Depending on the provider, services may include phone sex, erotic phone calls, private web chat, video chat, fantasy roleplay, fetish conversations, and free account messaging after you have completed a paid service with that provider. Each independent talker chooses which services she offers.
Is free messaging the same as web chat?
No. Web chat is a live paid text conversation with a talker who is currently offering that service. Free messaging is an account feature that may become available after you complete a paid service with that provider. Messaging is not necessarily live, and a provider is not required to respond to every message or respond within a specific amount of time.
Does every talker offer video chat?
No. Video is completely up to the individual provider. Some may appear on camera, some may offer voyeur-style video where they watch without appearing themselves, and others may not offer video at all. If video is important to you, starting with a phone call or web chat and asking the provider what she currently offers is usually the safest approach.
Do all talkers charge the same price?
No. Talkers are independent providers and choose their own rates, minimums, packages, and discounts. Some charge entirely by the minute, while others may require an initial minimum or package. Some providers may also offer first-time specials or reduced rates for repeat customers.
Can I ask a talker whether she has a discount or special?
Yes. Providers control their own pricing and may choose to offer specials, repeat-customer rates, or individualized pricing. You are welcome to ask whether a provider currently offers a promotion, but any change in price is completely up to that provider.
What happens if the talker does not answer?
You are not charged merely because the system attempted to connect you. Phone-call billing begins only after the provider answers, accepts the connection, and the call is established. If a provider does not answer, you can return to the profiles and try another available talker.
Keeping Your Experience Private
Is my information private?
Phone Her Now does not provide your private customer information to talkers. Personal phone numbers, email addresses, billing details, and other private account information are not displayed simply because you connect with a provider.
Privacy is also your responsibility. Do not voluntarily give another user your legal name, private telephone number, email address, home address, social media accounts, financial information, or other identifying details.
Sharing personal contact information is both a privacy risk and a violation of platform rules. You can learn more in our Privacy Policy .
A talker asked for my phone number or asked me to pay through Cash App, Zelle, Venmo, or another outside service. What should I do?
Do not provide private contact information or send payment outside Phone Her Now. Requests to move communications or payments outside the platform violate our Terms of Service and undermine the privacy protections built into the marketplace.
If the request was made through a written message, save or screenshot the evidence and submit it through support. Evidence may also be emailed to support@phonehernow.com .
If you voluntarily send money or purchase services outside Phone Her Now, we cannot control whether the outside transaction is completed and cannot refund money transferred through an outside payment service.
What should I do if someone threatens, blackmails, or contacts me outside the service?
Talkers do not receive your private customer information from Phone Her Now. Outside contact would therefore generally require personal information to have been voluntarily shared or otherwise obtained outside the normal platform experience.
Preserve any evidence and contact support@phonehernow.com so the account activity can be reviewed.
Threats, blackmail, extortion, stalking, or other potentially criminal conduct should also be reported to the appropriate local law-enforcement authority.
When an Experience Does Not Go as Expected
I did not like the service and want a refund. What happens next?
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Not enjoying the personality or style of a provider does not automatically qualify a transaction for a refund because different customers and providers may simply not be compatible.
A common situation that may qualify for review is when a customer purchases a required package or minimum and the provider does not make the purchased service time available. Ending a call yourself before using the included time is different from a provider failing to provide the agreed service.
Provider input may be considered when reviewing a request, although Phone Her Now may make its own determination in circumstances involving verified technical problems, repeated similar complaints, or other documented service failures.
A one-star review documenting the negative experience is required before a qualifying refund request can be approved.
Approved refunds are issued as Phone Her Now service credit through a coupon code rather than as cash or a card reversal. Refund credits are redeemed toward qualifying phone-call services even when the original complaint involved web chat or video chat.
The talker was rude or I simply did not like her. What should I do?
Not every provider and customer will have compatible personalities. Ratings and reviews exist so customers can document genuine experiences and help future customers decide who may be a good match. If you had a poor experience, leave an honest review explaining what happened.
A talker I like has not been online lately. Can Phone Her Now ask her to come back?
We understand that customers can become attached to favorite providers, but talkers are independent contractors who determine their own working hours and availability. Phone Her Now does not control when a provider chooses to log in and generally cannot promise when or whether a particular person will return. You are always welcome to browse other profiles while your favorite talker is unavailable.
The talker does not sound like the person I imagined from the photograph. Is the photo really her?
Phone Her Now is an adult fantasy marketplace. Independent providers may choose to represent themselves directly or operate a lawful character or persona using images they have the right to use. Profile imagery should be treated as part of the provider's presentation rather than as a guarantee of real-world identity. If accurate identity representation is important to you, choose providers whose profiles clearly state how they present themselves.
A talker keeps messaging me and I no longer want to hear from her. What should I do?
First, send a clear message asking the provider to stop contacting you. If messages continue after you have asked her to stop, contact support and we can review the activity and restrict the provider from messaging your account when appropriate.
I left a negative review and later changed my mind. Can I remove it?
Reviews are intended to document the experience that occurred at the time the review was submitted. Once published, reviews generally remain part of the provider's rating history.
The review system may not be used as leverage to pressure a talker into logging in, changing prices, providing services, or doing something she does not want to do. Manipulation or abuse of the rating system may result in account restrictions.
I sent a tribute or tip because I wanted a specific activity, but the provider did not do it. Can I get the tip back?
Tributes and tips are voluntary. A tip does not give a customer the right to require a provider to perform something she does not want to do or is no longer comfortable doing.
We recommend discussing expectations before sending a tribute and, when practical, tipping after a service has been successfully completed. Get to know the provider and confirm that she is comfortable with what you are requesting before sending additional money.
A talker said she might lower her rate after I spent a certain amount with her, but she did not. Can Phone Her Now change the price?
No. Independent providers control their own rates, discounts, specials, and individual pricing decisions. Phone Her Now does not force a provider to lower her rate for a particular customer. If pricing is important to you, confirm the current rate before beginning the next paid service.
Making the Most of Phone Her Now
Can I try different talkers until I find someone I like?
Absolutely. That is one of the benefits of a marketplace. Each provider has a different personality, voice, style, interests, pricing, and service offering. If one person is not the right fit, browse the other profiles and try someone different, subject to any package or minimum you agreed to with the first provider.
Should I leave positive reviews too?
Yes. Reviews are most useful when customers document both good and bad experiences. If someone delivers a great phone call, web chat, or video experience, a positive review helps other customers find her and helps strong providers build their reputation on the marketplace.
What is a tribute?
A tribute is an optional tip you can send to a provider as an additional thank-you. It can be a way to recognize someone who gave you an especially enjoyable experience or went above and beyond during your conversation.
Can I become a regular customer of the same talker?
Yes. Many customers develop favorite providers and return to the same person repeatedly. Some independent talkers may choose to reward repeat customers with special rates or discounts, although availability and pricing always remain the provider's decision.
Can I use Phone Her Now without giving the talker my real identity?
Yes. The marketplace is specifically designed so your private account information does not need to become part of the fantasy experience. Use your chosen screen name, keep personal information private, and communicate through the platform.
Where can I read the full explanation of how calls and billing work?
Our How It Works page explains customer signup, payment methods, prepaid balances, direct 888-number calling, talker extensions, packages, per-minute extensions, web chat, video chat, and free messaging in more detail.
