Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to everyone who uses Phone Her Now, including customers, talkers, operators, independent service providers, and anyone creating or maintaining an account on the platform.

1. Phone Her Now Is a Marketplace

Phone Her Now provides an adults-only marketplace that allows customers to connect with independent talkers and service providers offering phone conversations, web chat, video chat, fantasy entertainment, roleplay, and other lawful adult services.

Talkers are independent contractors and are not employees of Phone Her Now. Each talker controls her own availability, profile, services, boundaries, pricing, rates, minimums, packages, discounts, and topics she is willing to discuss.

2. Adults Only

You must be at least 18 years old to use Phone Her Now. If the laws of your location require a higher minimum age for adult services, you must meet that higher age requirement. By creating an account or using the platform, you represent that you are legally permitted to access adult services in your jurisdiction.

3. Accounts and Screen Names

Customers and talkers must create an account to use certain features of the platform. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login information and for activity that occurs through your account.

You may choose a screen name or profile name to represent yourself publicly. Your chosen screen name may be different from your legal or everyday identity. You may not use a screen name intended to impersonate another real person or mislead users about an identity you are not authorized to represent.

4. Terms for Customers

Customers may browse independent talker profiles and choose which provider they wish to contact. You are responsible for reviewing the talker's biography, services, availability, ratings, pricing, and any applicable minimum or package requirements before beginning a service.

Different talkers may offer different experiences. Phone Her Now does not guarantee that a particular provider will offer a particular fantasy, fetish, roleplay scenario, video experience, conversation style, or service.

5. Terms for Talkers and Independent Service Providers

Talkers use Phone Her Now as independent contractors. Talkers are responsible for deciding when they work, which services they offer, what topics they accept, what rates they charge, whether they require minimums or packages, and whether they choose to provide discounts or special pricing.

Talkers are responsible for accurately describing their services and may not intentionally advertise services they do not intend to provide. Availability settings should be used honestly. If a talker marks herself available for a service, she should generally be prepared to accept requests for that service.

Talkers may not solicit customers to another website, platform, payment provider, phone number, social account, or outside service. Talkers may not request direct payment outside Phone Her Now for services originating through the platform.

Individuals interested in offering services may apply through the Talker Application.

6. Services and Availability

Services may include phone conversations, phone sex, erotic calls, web chat, video chat, messaging, fantasy roleplay, and other lawful adult entertainment offered by individual talkers.

Talkers choose their own availability and may change their status at any time. Phone Her Now does not guarantee that any particular talker or service will be available at a specific time. A talker may occasionally miss a call, web chat request, video request, or message.

7. Video Chat

Video chat experiences vary by provider. Some talkers may appear on camera, while others may offer voyeur-style interaction or other video formats. Not every talker offers video chat. Customers should confirm with the individual provider whether she offers the type of video interaction requested before beginning a session.

8. Messaging and Web Chat

Web chat is a live text-based service offered by participating talkers. Availability is controlled by the individual provider.

Customers may also receive access to messaging with a provider after completing a paid service with that provider. Messaging access does not guarantee that a talker will respond to every message or respond within a particular amount of time.

9. Rates, Minimums, Packages and Discounts

Talkers determine their own pricing. Some providers may charge by the minute. Others may require a minimum duration or offer a package containing a set amount of service before additional per-minute charges apply.

Talkers may choose to offer first-time specials, promotional rates, repeat-customer discounts, or individualized pricing. Any discount or special pricing is determined by the individual provider unless expressly stated otherwise by Phone Her Now.

The price chosen by a talker is not a guarantee or representation of service quality.

10. Connection and Charges

Customers are not charged merely for attempting to connect with a talker. Charges begin only after a connection to the applicable paid service has been established.

Once connected, charges are determined by the pricing terms applicable to the selected provider and service, including any disclosed minimum, package, or per-minute rate.

11. Privacy and Personal Information

Phone Her Now is designed so customers and talkers can interact without sharing their personal contact information with one another. Personal phone numbers, email addresses, billing information, and other private account details are not displayed to the other party.

You are responsible for protecting information you voluntarily disclose. Do not share your legal name, personal phone number, address, social media accounts, financial information, email address, or other identifying information with another user.

Attempting to exchange private contact information or move communications or transactions outside the platform may result in suspension or termination.

12. Private Conversations

Phone Her Now does not listen to or record private phone conversations for routine quality monitoring. Users are expected to respect the privacy and boundaries of the person with whom they are communicating.

13. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not use Phone Her Now to:

• Engage in unlawful activity.
• Use or involve anyone under the applicable legal age.
• Harass, threaten, stalk, blackmail, or attempt to expose another user's identity.
• Request or distribute private personal information.
• Solicit another user to an outside platform or payment method.
• Attempt unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Use the platform for fraud, chargeback abuse, or payment deception.
• Impersonate another real person.
• Violate another person's intellectual property or privacy rights.

14. Fantasy and Entertainment

Phone Her Now is an adult fantasy and entertainment marketplace. Roleplay, fantasy scenarios, profile themes, character descriptions, and statements made during entertainment services should not be interpreted as promises or representations concerning real-world identity, relationships, meetings, activities, or experiences.

15. Ratings and Reviews

Customers may submit ratings and reviews based on their genuine experience with a talker. Reviews should reflect the customer's actual opinion and may not contain threats, personal information, unlawful content, or fabricated claims.

Phone Her Now is not required to remove a negative review solely because a provider disagrees with it.

16. Tributes and Tips

Customers may have the option to send an optional tribute or tip to a talker. Tributes are voluntary and are not required to receive the underlying service unless specifically stated otherwise as part of an applicable service offering.

17. Suspension and Termination

Phone Her Now may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, prevent fraud or abuse, comply with law, protect the platform, or address conduct that materially harms the marketplace or its users.

18. No Guarantee of Experience or Availability

Phone Her Now provides the marketplace and technical platform through which independent providers and customers connect. We do not guarantee that a particular talker will be available, that two users will have compatible personalities, or that a customer will enjoy a particular conversation or service.

19. Changes to These Terms

Phone Her Now may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
