This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you (“User”) and the platform. Accessing the service implies consent to these elite standards, designed to maintain a secure, transparent, and professional entertainment environment.
01. Billing & Live Extensions
Base Rate: Initial connections include a 10-minute minimum charged upfront at the displayed premium rate.
Live Extensions: After the initial period, press “1” to extend. Extensions are billed strictly for minutes actually completed.
02. Prohibited Conduct
- • Zero Tolerance: Requests for in-person meetings result in permanent termination.
- • Privacy Integrity: Exchanging contact info to bypass the platform is strictly forbidden.
- • Content Security: Reproduction or recording of call content is prohibited.
- • Illegal Acts: Discussion of non-consensual or illegal acts results in an immediate ban.
03. Performer Autonomy
Independent Participation: Performers act as independent entities and not as employees or agents of PhoneHerNow.
Payout Schedule: Eligible earnings are distributed on or about the 25th of each month for the prior month's activity.
04. Data Security
Our double-blind masking technology ensures real phone numbers are never disclosed. Records are retained for five (5) years for federal age-verification (18 U.S.C. § 2257) and financial compliance.
Elite Access implies total agreement.
