PhoneHerNow Satisfaction Guarantee

At PhoneHerNow, we want every paid call, chat, or tip to meet your expectations. If a purchase falls short, we have a clear and simple satisfaction policy.

How It Works

  • Credits may be issued for a single unsatisfactory purchase, up to $25, at our discretion.
  • Credits are applied to your PhoneHerNow account balance — they are not refunded back to your credit card.
  • Credits can be used for future calls, chats, or tips, but cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Purchases made with Satisfaction Guarantee credits are not eligible for another Satisfaction Guarantee.

How to Request a Credit

  1. Leave the model a one-star feedback rating for the call or chat you were dissatisfied with.
  2. Send an email to support@phonehernow.com within 72 hours of the purchase.
  3. Include the time, date, and dollar amount of the transaction in your email.

Our support team will review the request. We reserve the right to approve, partially approve, or deny any satisfaction guarantee credit based on the facts provided.

Important Notes

  • Only one unsatisfactory purchase can be credited per customer each month.
  • Fraudulent, excessive, or abusive refund requests will result in account review and potential termination.
  • All credits are issued solely at PhoneHerNow's discretion.
