- To make a copyright infringement complaint or submit a DMCA Takedown request, follow the procedure set forth in our Terms of Service.
- To appeal a content moderation or removal decision, see the steps outlined in our Terms of Service.
- To submit a billing or charge-related complaint, follow the procedures provided in our Terms of Service.
- If you discover any images — real or simulated — depicting minors engaged in sexual activity, or any form of illegal pornography or acts, report the material to us immediately by emailing support@phonehernow.com. Include relevant details (names, URLs, date/time identified). Reports are investigated immediately, and appropriate action will be taken, including reporting to law enforcement.
For All Other Complaints
To report a complaint regarding the site, a user, model, or any other issue, send an email detailing your complaint to support@phonehernow.com. We review and aim to resolve complaints within seven (7) business days. In urgent situations, we will take immediate action. By submitting a complaint, you acknowledge we may, at our sole discretion, share your complaint in part or in full with other parties involved in order to resolve the issue.
Reporting Bad Behavior
If you identify a model or customer violating the Terms of Service, contact support@phonehernow.com immediately. Reports are reviewed as quickly as possible, but always within seven (7) business days. If behavior involves illegal activity, fraud, or endangerment, notify us immediately. If you believe someone is in immediate danger, contact local authorities first.
What to Include in a Complaint
Complaints must include enough detail for investigation (e.g., model or member name, date/time, relevant URLs). If a complaint lacks necessary information, we may not be able to review it properly.
Abuse of the Complaint Process
Complaints made in bad faith, or complaints intended to harass, harm, or abuse the process, will not be tolerated. Members who submit abusive or unfounded complaints may have their accounts suspended or terminated. Models who abuse the complaint system may face similar actions. PhoneHerNow reserves the right to take further action when necessary to protect the platform and its users.
