We have the absolute right to remove any content that we believe, in our sole discretion, violates any law, this Policy, or the Terms of Service. We comply with all applicable laws and remove illegal or violative content as soon as we become aware of it. We are not responsible for any loss you claim to have suffered because of actions we take, in accordance with our Terms of Service, to suspend or remove content. Members will not be refunded for content purchased that is later removed.

Content Moderation and Removal

PhoneHerNow utilizes both third-party content moderation technology and human review to monitor all content uploaded to the site — including text, audio, and images. All content is subject to review before being published and is continuously monitored to ensure compliance with the Terms of Service and applicable laws. Any content that is harmful, unlawful, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate may be rejected or removed immediately.

To make a copyright infringement complaint or submit a DMCA Takedown Request, follow the procedure set forth in our Terms of Service.

Non-Consensual Use of Name, Image, or Likeness

PhoneHerNow strictly prohibits the non-consensual production, distribution, or use of anyone's image, voice, or likeness. This includes — but is not limited to — unauthorized videos, audio recordings, images, doxing, blackmail, revenge porn, and exploitation. If you believe that the site, or any user, is sharing or distributing material involving you without your consent, please follow the reporting procedure set forth in our Terms of Service or email support@phonehernow.com.

Requests by Models

Models may request that content they submitted be deleted by contacting support@phonehernow.com. Note that we may retain copies of certain content for legal compliance or age-verification requirements. Any content purchased by customers before the removal request will remain in their accounts. We are not responsible for copies of content made outside of PhoneHerNow's systems.

Other Content Removal Requests

For any other requests for content removal, email support@phonehernow.com. Include enough information for investigation (such as model or member name, date, time, and relevant URLs). Requests missing key details may not be processed.

Review Timeline

We review all content removal requests as quickly as possible, but always within seven (7) business days. In urgent situations involving illegal content or serious policy violations, immediate action will be taken.
