PhoneHerNow 18 U.S.C. 2257 Compliance Statement

PhoneHerNow is not the primary producer or secondary producer (as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2257) of any of the content found on this site.

PhoneHerNow requires all members, models, and users who access or use any area of this site to be at least eighteen (18) years old. Furthermore, PhoneHerNow requires all members who upload or post any content to certify that all individuals depicted were 18 years of age or older on the date the content was created, and that they maintain records as required by Sections 2257 and 2257A of Title 18 of the U.S. Code.

PhoneHerNow operates solely as a technology platform, allowing independent models and members to connect for entertainment purposes. In respect to any content appearing on the site, PhoneHerNow's role is strictly limited to the transmission, storage, retrieval, hosting, and/or formatting of depictions posted by independent third parties in areas of the site they control. PhoneHerNow does not create, provide, direct, or control the content offered by models. We do not make editorial or managerial decisions concerning model-submitted content, sexually explicit or otherwise.

By using the PhoneHerNow platform, all members and models are bound by the Terms of Service and agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including those related to obscene or indecent content, communications, and record-keeping obligations.

All models are solely responsible for the content they provide through their PhoneHerNow profiles and are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. This includes providing any required 2257 records and record-location information where necessary.
