PhoneHerNow is our platform — and the customers who visit it are our customers. They browse all the business listings on our site and choose who they want to spend time with. When they purchase services through our payment system, we credit your account automatically.
You are an independent business owner listing your services on our website. You set your own hours, choose your own photos, write your own biography, and run your business your way — but we approve listings to make sure they meet our quality standards and fit our environment.
How You Earn
- $0.50 per minute for every paid call
- $0.50 per minute for every paid web chat
- 40% of all tips customers send you
You are paid only for the time that an active, paying customer is on the line with you or engaged in a paid chat. There is no payment for simply being online, waiting, or available.
Free Messaging & Promotion
After a paid service, your business gets access to our free messaging system to send follow-up messages to customers you've already spoken to. This keeps your business in front of them and often leads to more paid calls and chats.
Your dashboard also has a direct share link so you can post your listing anywhere — social media, forums, even your own site. It's up to you to grow your business beyond the customers we bring in.
Promotional Minutes
Our platform sometimes offers customers promotional or free minutes to help them try different business listings. These minutes are not paid to you — they're a marketing tool to get more eyes on your listing and often lead to longer paid sessions.
If you don't want your business included in these promotions, you can contact us and we'll remove your listing from the program.
What We Do — And What We Don't
We do not answer questions like “When will I get calls?” or “How much traffic will I get?” — because you are not an employee, and we are not your contractor. You own your own business, and it's up to you how successful it is.
While we have an active customer base, asking us how many calls you'll get is the same as asking eBay how many sales you'll get. Your success depends on how good your listing is, how trustworthy you appear, how many listings your business has, and how much effort you put into promoting yourself.
One listing with no promotion? You might not see much activity. Multiple listings, strong photos, clear biographies, and active promotion? You'll do a lot better.
Quality Standards
Your listing represents your business. Photos must be clear — no blurry snapshots. Your biography should explain exactly what your business offers. If your listing doesn't meet these standards, it may be denied. We only want high-quality business owners on our platform because our customers expect quality.
