Privacy is an important part of the Phone Her Now marketplace. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled for customers, talkers, independent service providers, and other users of the platform.

Our goal is simple: allow adults to connect through the platform without requiring either party to expose private personal information to the other.

Privacy Works Both Ways

Phone Her Now is designed to protect both sides of the marketplace. Customers should not receive a talker's private contact information, and talkers should not receive a customer's private contact information simply because the two connect through the platform.

1. Information We May Collect

Phone Her Now may collect information that is reasonably necessary to create and maintain accounts, provide services, process transactions, operate the marketplace, prevent abuse, provide customer support, and comply with legal obligations.

Depending on how you use the platform, this may include:

• Your chosen screen name or profile name.
• Email address and telephone number associated with your account.
• Account login and authentication information.
• Billing and transaction-related information necessary to process paid services.
• Service history, transaction history, account balances, promotions, coupons, tributes, and related account activity.

2. What Other Users Can See

Customers and talkers choose the name they want to use on the platform. This may be a first name, stage name, nickname, playful identity, or another screen name chosen by the user.

The screen name you choose may be visible to the person you interact with. Talker profiles may also display information intentionally provided for public use, including photographs, biographies, interests, ratings, pricing, availability, and service descriptions.

Private account information such as your personal email address, personal phone number, billing details, and other non-public account information is not displayed to the other party simply because you connect through Phone Her Now.

3. Phone Number Privacy

Phone services are designed so customers and talkers can connect through the Phone Her Now system without requiring either person to provide the other with a private personal telephone number. A customer's or talker's personal phone number is not intended to become public simply because a call takes place through the platform.

4. Billing and Payment Information

Payment information may be collected or processed as necessary to fund an account, purchase services, process charges, issue credits, resolve billing matters, prevent fraud, and maintain required financial records.

Billing information is not displayed to talkers or customers on the opposite side of a transaction.

5. Private Phone Conversations

Phone Her Now does not routinely listen to or record private telephone conversations for quality monitoring.

We believe consenting adults should be able to have private conversations with the provider they choose without company personnel monitoring the substance of the call as part of ordinary service.

6. Web Chat, Messaging and Support Communications

Information submitted through web chat, messaging, account features, support tickets, reviews, or other written platform tools may pass through or be stored by the systems necessary to provide those features.

Support tickets and information voluntarily submitted to Phone Her Now may be reviewed when necessary to respond to a request, investigate a reported violation, prevent abuse, resolve a dispute, or protect the marketplace.

7. How We Use Information

Information may be used to:

• Create and maintain user accounts.
• Connect customers with independent talkers.
• Provide phone, web chat, video chat, messaging, and related marketplace features.
• Process payments, credits, discounts, tributes, and account activity.

• Investigate reported violations of platform rules.

8. When Information May Be Shared

Phone Her Now does not provide one marketplace user with another user's private account information merely because the two communicate.

Information may be shared with companies or service providers when reasonably necessary to operate the website, process payments, provide communications infrastructure, prevent fraud, host data, provide technical services, or otherwise operate the platform.

Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, court orders, governmental requests, protect the rights or safety of users, investigate suspected fraud or unlawful conduct, enforce our Terms of Service, or protect Phone Her Now and its marketplace.

9. Your Privacy Is Also Your Responsibility

Phone Her Now can protect information that remains inside the privacy protections of the platform, but we cannot make information private again after you voluntarily reveal it to another person.

Do not give another user your legal name, personal phone number, personal email address, home address, workplace, social media accounts, financial information, or other identifying details. Exchanging private contact information or attempting to move communications or transactions outside the platform is prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination.

10. Reporting Privacy or Solicitation Concerns

If another user asks you for private personal information, requests contact outside Phone Her Now, requests outside payment, or attempts to move you to another service, you may report the interaction through a support ticket inside your account.

Reports may be reviewed together with evidence voluntarily provided by the reporting user. Appropriate action may be taken when a violation is verified.

11. Cookies and Technical Information

Phone Her Now may use cookies, session information, logs, and similar technical mechanisms that are necessary for account login, security, site functionality, preferences, fraud prevention, performance, and ordinary operation of the website.

12. Security

Phone Her Now uses reasonable measures intended to protect account and marketplace information from unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure.
