Talker Frequently Asked Questions
Phone Her Now gives independent talkers a marketplace where they can choose when they work, what services they offer, what they charge, and how they present their profile. These answers cover payouts, customers, reviews, promotion, privacy, video chat, pricing, and other common questions.
Your Profile, Your Schedule, Your Services
Do I have to work a set schedule?
No. Talkers provide services as independent contractors and choose when they want to be available. You can turn your availability on and off through your account and decide when offering services makes sense for you.
Can I choose my own rate?
Yes. You control your own pricing where the platform allows it. Depending on your account settings, you may choose a per-minute rate, minimum requirements, packages, specials, or discounts.
Keep in mind that customers compare profiles. Pricing is one of several things that may influence how often a customer chooses you, along with your biography, photographs, reviews, availability, personality, and service offerings.
Can I give regular customers a discount?
You may choose to use available pricing tools to offer specials or different pricing where permitted by the platform. Some talkers use discounts to reward repeat customers or encourage a first-time customer to try their service. Whether you offer a discount is your decision.
Do I have to offer phone, web chat and video?
No. You decide which services you want to offer. One talker may focus primarily on phone sex and erotic calls while another may also offer web chat or video chat. You also decide which fantasies, fetishes, roleplay styles, and conversation topics you are comfortable providing.
Can I refuse a topic or request that makes me uncomfortable?
Yes. You control the services and lawful adult topics you are willing to provide. Your biography is a good place to explain both what you enjoy offering and any important boundaries so customers can choose someone who better matches what they want.
What makes a strong profile?
Customers generally want enough information to decide whether your personality and services match what they are looking for. Clear photographs, a detailed biography, realistic service descriptions, competitive pricing, good availability, and positive customer experiences can all make a profile more attractive.
Your profile is your storefront. Give customers a reason to choose you.
Building Your Customer Base
I have not been getting many calls. Can Phone Her Now give me customers?
Phone Her Now brings customers to the marketplace, but we cannot guarantee any talker a specific number of calls, chats, video sessions, customers, or earnings.
As an independent provider, you are also welcome to promote your own services. Your account includes a direct profile link that can be shared on social media, websites, forums, or other places where promotion is permitted.
That link sends customers directly to your profile rather than simply advertising the marketplace as a whole, making it a useful tool for building your own repeat customer base.
If call volume is lower than you want, review the complete customer-facing experience: your availability, biography, photographs, reviews, pricing, services, and how clearly your profile explains what makes you different.
Can customers become regulars with me?
Yes. Many customers prefer returning to a talker they already know and enjoy. Providing a good experience, maintaining a useful profile, being available when you choose to work, and treating repeat customers well can help you build your own following over time.
A customer keeps calling and hanging up after a few seconds. What can I do?
Your account gives you the ability to block customers. You may block a customer whenever you decide you no longer want to provide services to that person.
We recommend using blocking thoughtfully because permanently reducing your available customer pool can affect future business, but the final decision about who you are willing to serve is yours.
I think another talker called me just to leave a bad review. What should I do?
Deliberately targeting another provider to manipulate ratings or damage her business is taken seriously.
If you have evidence, submit it to support. If account information or other available evidence verifies deliberate marketplace manipulation, the fraudulent review may be removed and the responsible account may lose access to providing services.
You may also block a customer from future service. A legitimate negative review remains in place unless it violates review standards or there is evidence that the review itself was fraudulent or abusive.
Understanding Customer Feedback
I received a negative review but believe I provided great service. Can it be removed?
A negative opinion by itself is not grounds for removal. Reviews exist so customers can describe the experience they believe they received, even when the provider disagrees with that opinion.
Reviews may be removed when they violate review standards, such as containing unlawful threats, prohibited racist or hateful content, private personal information, fraudulent manipulation, or other content that is not permitted on the platform.
Do positive reviews really help my profile?
They can. Customers often look at ratings and reviews when deciding who to call. Consistently providing good experiences gives customers a reason to leave positive feedback, which can help future visitors feel more comfortable choosing your profile.
Getting Paid
When is payday?
Talker earnings are paid no later than the last day of the following month for the previous month's eligible earnings.
For example, eligible earnings generated during January are paid by the last day of February. Payment may arrive earlier, but the last day of the following month is the payout deadline.
Is there a minimum payout?
Yes. The minimum payout is $50. If your eligible account balance is below $50 at the applicable payout cutoff, the balance remains on your account and rolls forward until your eligible balance reaches the minimum payout requirement.
My account showed earnings but I did not receive a payout. What should I check?
Two common reasons are banking verification and the $50 payout minimum.
If your banking information was not approved in time for the payout cycle, or if your eligible balance did not reach $50, your payment may move to a later payout cycle rather than being lost.
I changed my banking information too late. Can you make an exception and pay me separately?
Banking changes must be submitted at least seven days before the applicable payout so there is time for verification and processing.
If updated banking information is not submitted and approved within that timeframe, the payment must wait for the next eligible payout cycle. Separate or off-cycle exceptions are not available.
A customer promised me a tip, so I provided the service, but the tip never appeared. Can you collect it for me?
No. Tributes and tips are optional unless a payment has actually been submitted through the platform. Phone Her Now cannot force a customer to honor a verbal or written promise to send an optional tip after a service.
You run your own service and decide your rates, requirements, and boundaries. If something must be paid before you agree to provide a particular service, make that requirement clear and use the platform's available paid-service tools rather than relying on a promised future tip.
Protecting Yourself While Providing Services
I think a customer recorded my video chat. What can Phone Her Now do?
Video services carry privacy risks that cannot be completely eliminated once visual content has been displayed on another person's device. Screen recording, external cameras, screenshots, or identifying objects visible in the background may create risks beyond the platform's direct technical control.
Only offer video services if you are comfortable with those risks. Consider what is visible behind you, remove identifying information from view, and do not show anything you would be unable to tolerate being captured outside the intended session.
If a customer threatens to distribute private material, blackmail you, or uses recorded material unlawfully, preserve the evidence, contact support, and consider contacting the appropriate law-enforcement authority.
Can customers see my real phone number or personal information?
Phone Her Now is designed so customers do not receive your private account information simply because they use your services. Your public profile identity can remain separate from your real-world personal information.
You are still responsible for protecting what you reveal. Do not give customers personal phone numbers, legal surnames, home addresses, private email addresses, social media accounts, outside websites, financial details, or other identifying information. Review the Privacy Policy for more information.
Can I give customers my Cash App, Venmo, phone number, social media, or another website?
No. Personal contact information, outside payment requests, and attempts to move customers to another platform or service are prohibited. Phone Her Now is a private fantasy marketplace, not a dating or off-platform solicitation service. These rules protect both customers and talkers and are covered in the Terms of Service .
Getting More From the Marketplace
Can I promote my Phone Her Now profile myself?
Yes. Your direct profile URL is one of the easiest ways to promote yourself. Where permitted, you can share it with an audience you already have so visitors arrive directly at your own profile rather than needing to search the entire marketplace.
What can I do if I want more customers?
There is no single formula, but customers generally respond to profiles that make the decision easy. Be clear about what you offer, use strong authorized photographs, write a biography with personality, choose pricing that makes sense for your market, be available when you genuinely want to accept services, and provide experiences that encourage repeat customers and positive reviews.
If customers repeatedly view your profile but choose other providers, experiment with the parts of your business you control rather than assuming traffic alone is the issue.
I am new and do not have reviews yet. Is that a problem?
Every successful profile starts without reviews. A strong biography, clear service descriptions, good images, sensible pricing, and availability can give a first-time customer enough confidence to try you. Once customers begin leaving genuine feedback, your reputation can develop from there.
Does charging more mean customers will think I am better?
Not necessarily. Talkers control their own rates, and customers understand that price is not an official quality ranking. Some customers prefer premium-priced providers while others compare value, reviews, personality, services, and chemistry. Choose a rate that makes sense for the business you want to run.
